With 17 years of experience in corporate development, financial services, Real Estate, Travel and Tourism, Salma focuses on developing healthy corporate cultures that foster a continuous improvement mentality while focusing on elevating the customer and employee experience. As the Principal Strategist and Consultant, Salma assists business leaders master the disciplines of execution to transform their companies from good to great. She focuses on coaching, training and advisory services as businesses work towards building a successful and sustainable business. Her consulting practice focuses on 4 key areas of your business: Your vision and strategy, your people (employees and customers), your systems and process and your leadership development.

Salma is committed to bettering any organization she works with through constant communication, ideation, and execution. Prior to becoming a consultant, Salma spent 17 years in the Financial Services Industry across multiple lines of businesses. Her areas of experience include leadership development, coaching, process improvement, customer experience, training and recruitment, business development, revenue generation, change management and marketing. She is a graduate of the University of Alberta, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Economics as well as a Master of Business Administration.

When not working, Salma enjoys time with family and friends centered around food and her passion for great wine. She is an avid traveler, a passion she shares with her husband exploring different countries, their culture and of course the great food. She volunteers her time through coaching of emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, and recent graduates.
