Valerie, I just wanted to say thank you. I seldom clash with people but the situation with the previous bookkeeper was unbearable. She stressed me out so much with her long emails berating me and then telling me how much she was going to charge me for that email. I appreciate that my books were a bit of a mess from the prior to her bookkeeper, but after paying her over $4000 and having my stress levels go through the roof, you and your team are a blessing. I have no issue addressing anything that needs to be addressed, but your quick clear replies are so much appreciated and you and your team are just wonderful
